We strive to bring the spirit of the Himalayas to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship internationally except USA.

  • Delivery Times: International: 10-20 business days. Please note that customs delays in your country are beyond our control.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT charged by their local customs department.
